![]() The thing about using the project folder is that you are working on a file that is not in the game, it's a copy. What it sounds like from what you have said, is that you are not putting the base file in the projects folder so you can't find it to use for a new creation. It has to be in the Projects folder for you to do that to create either a new swatch for an existing item or a new standalone. You can't edit anything really in the My CC section. ![]() When I copy a CC file there, I create a separate folder for each project within the Projects folder and the project name in the path is just whatever I decide to name what I am working on. I'm on PC, so my path is Documents>Sims4Studio>Projects>(Project Name). Once I find it, I copy it to the S4S working folder. ![]() way I create things is to use the My CC option to find the base object I want to use. ![]()
